Where We Ship From

All orders are packed with love (and mild sarcasm) in South East Queensland, Australia and shipped via Australia Post with full tracking.

Where We Ship To

Currently we ship domestically in Australia, and internationally to New Zealand, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates

  • Australia: Standard Shipping $9.95 AUD | Express Shipping $13.00 AUD
    → Free standard shipping for orders over $79 AUD
  • International
    • New Zealand - $19 NZD
      → Free shipping for orders over $89 NZD
    • USA - $15 USD
      → Free shipping for orders over $89 USD
    • Canada - $20 CAD
      → Free shipping for orders over $79 CAD
    • UK - £14 GBP
      → Free shipping for orders over £55 GBP

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 1–3 weeks (depending on location and customs delays)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can watch it make its dramatic journey to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For United States orders, tariffs are prepaid and included in the cost of your purchase. No additional fees will be charged on delivery. Yippee-Ki-Yay!

For all other international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. We don’t have control over these charges (we wish we did), and they vary by country. Please check your local import rules if you’re unsure.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we’ll replace the item—no fuss.
  • If your parcel goes missing in action, please reach out to Australia Post directly to start an investigation. They’ll have more tracking powers than we do.

Returned Parcels

If your parcel bounces back to us (usually due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery), we’ll refund your order minus the shipping cost. You’re always welcome to place a new order if you’d like us to re-send.
